As a small independent business, every appointment at Unwind is reserved especially for you. As appointments are often fully booked, late cancellations and missed appointments can also prevent another client from being able to book.

New clients are required to pay a 50% deposit to secure their appointment.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend, will result in the loss of your deposit.

Clients who have previously missed an appointment may be asked to pay for future treatments in full at the time of booking.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and will always aim to be fair and understanding. Thank you for respecting Natasha's time and allowing us to offer appointments to other clients.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. The full treatment price will still apply.
